trouble setting avatar

well when i go into user CP to set my avatar i can only choose. do not use avatar and can not unselect it. so how do i set my avatar

Email myself or the other admin to add the avatar.

ok well i can click name to send you an email but it does not have address shown, so i can not go into my email and attach the image. but i send you email but i can not find a way from what i see to attach what i want for my avatar so i guess ill just post that on here or upload it or whatever. and maybe you can add from that.?

because im wanting to post a pic of me i just took today so i can have that as my avatar. and when i start to bulk update it with my new one.
