Bloodwork?

I finished a cycle about a month ago, and I want to get my blood checked to see if my liver values are decent. My last cycle was 600mg deca weekly, with 50-60 mg of anavar and 50 mg winstrol daily(both orals). I ran the deca for 6 weeks, and the orals for 4. Should I just do my blood through my family doctor? Is there anything special I should ask for? I'm wondering if I can just go to a walk in clinic, or a lab. I live in Canada-will it be covered by healthcare?

You're doing the responsible thing by going and making sure everything is in order but did you get bloodwork done prior to your cycle so you know if you're Lh and test levels have returned to normal? If not i highly reccomend from this point out you do before any cycle and after your pct to make sure you've not done any serious damage. As far as where you should go, personally i goto my doctor because if you can not be honest with him about everything then he may not be able to give you the best possible treatment/diagnosis in the future on other needs or god forbid something happen and he not know everything and be able to treat you properly. Plus any good doctor will yes give you the blah blah juice is bad for you however will want to help and can be a great asset even if he does not agree. As far as if it's covered i don't know b/c i live in the states also if you're doctor is not bound by some sort of privacy law(we call it hippa) then forget everything i just said b/c then he can rat you out and you can be in trouble with the law.

Don't know about Canadian laws.

In the US, HIPPA prevents the docs from telling the law, but they could tell your insurance company which could cause lotsa probelms potentially.

You could simply tell the doc that you just had someone you know die because of heart probelms and you want to get some bloodwork done - cholesterol levels and liver values are the key ones. After winnie, your liver values might be elevated (it is tough on the liver) and your cholesterol should be elevated as well.

Odds are, the doc will put you on some cholesterol meds (not a bad idea if you are using and a great idea if you need them when you are not using). This will require periodic tests on your cholesterol and liver values. Now, you have a reason to get them tested regularly. Your doc will just have some standing orders at the lab and you can go in and get your blood drawn when you need to and they will call with the results.
