Anyone else feel like dog poop on Thermo's/Fat burners?

I can't even take it anymore!

Anytime I take some kind of thermo or fat burner I feel like dog crap and sick to my stomach! Even with small doses! Maybe I need to eat more food when I take them? But that seems to defeat the purpose?

Anyone else feel sick or nauseous when they take any of these?

I can handle the clen after a couple days but I'm afraid to take it again since I got an insanley painful muscle cramp while cycling/running the last time I was on it.

Does anyone else get muscle cramps while on clen? Is this a common side? It might have been due to the fact that I hadn't trained cardio that hard in a long time and I put in a huge training session. I don't know if it was the shock to the system from jumping right back into it or the clen. I'm afraid to take it again and find out! You bro's think it was the clen or my lack of training?
 
Yeah cramps are a common side of clen. You need to suppliment taurine and eat a bannana or two a day that should help.
 
Clen contributes to Glycogen depletion which leads to dehydration of the muscle causing cramps.

Sometimes fat burners/stimulants raise stomache acid making you sick. Try an OTC anti-acid or baking soda.
 
I think I'll just have to stay away from then altogether.

That sucks about the clen depleting glycogen and causing muscle cramps. :crap:
 
Clen absolutely causes cramps. Goingpro hit the nail on the head, either eat a couple bananas a day or supplement your potassium with something from the healthfood store, taurine also, but for me the addition of potassium kills the cramps after a day. The worst ones are in your neck. ouch. its like they are impossible to stretch out and they make you look like a tard if you are in a public place when one strikes.

as far as the thermos, yes they make your stomach feel messed up and kill ur appetite, why do you think tweekers are so skinny, the real shit is even worse, those fools can go days without food, the thought of eating makes them sick. I drink a lot of water pretty much nonstop when taking ephedra and that keeps me feeling ok, having shit to do helps to like cleaning the garage, working on a bike, changing oil. stay busy, dont sit on the computer or watch tv.

I totally agree with AZ1 keep busy, i'm currently running 3 doses of Lipo 6 (2 pills at a time) along with 100mg ephedrine daily split into 3 servings and ya their are times that u don't even wanna take the stuff, but it's worth it in the end.
 
I can realate but are you drinking enough water? I find with any fat burner if I'm not drinking enough water my stomach gets bad, i cramp all the time and i get the worst headache's. If you are drinking enough water try the bannana or taurine, if that doesn't help i guess you're just meant to do it with no thermo help and might want to think about winny or something to help cut.

Was thinking of running a Test Prop/EQ/Winny cycle or something like that soon.

I dunno, i personally feel the most run down when i'm bulking. Its like the dimmer switch is turned half way down till i hit the gym and then back again. I have never had any problems with any fat burners clen, yohimbe, t3, ephedrine Sulfate, etc.
 
they all make me feel sick at first and then I develop a little resistance and don't feel the effects as much day after day
 
Goingpro and AZ1 are right. The cramps are caused by your electrolytes being out of balance, specifically, you are low on potassium. Bananas are rich in potassium--excellent source and usually first choice for people when they need potassium. If you are getting enough water, you may want to substitute one of your drinks in the day with something like Gatorade to help replenish glycogen levels--just don't overdo it because it does have glucose in it (sugar essentially).

Taking fat burners can be hard on you especially if your carbs are low. Personally, I'd do one or the other, but not both. If you have to do both, then only do half the dose of the fat burners.
 
Try about 140 mcgs of clenbuterol w/ ketofin and 100 mcgs of T3 tell me you dont feel like dogshit. W/ clen drink lots and lots of water sup wit potassium and taurine.. P.S. REMEMER to down 1 liter of water before bed or suffer the worst possible sleep!
 
i have litterally woken up jus about screamin in pain from leg cramps that disabled me to the ground... 1 time i was bangin this bitch and my leg froze the fuck up in cramps and i fell off the bed i told her to get me a bigass cup of water and after about 3-4 i was alright... she was freaked the fuck out ill say that much..

Yea, that's what did it for me.........

I cramped up while I was cycling. I crashed my bike into a swampy ditch. It was gross, but that was the least of my worries at the time. I totally thought the muscle ripped off the bottom of my calve and balled up near my knee. That's how it felt & looked. Definatley do not want a repeat performance of that...... I'm staying away from the Clen.

Christ, the VPX Redline keeps me up all god damn night. I went to bed at 2:00am last night and it's 5:30am right now and I'm wide awake..... Slept a solid 3 hours. Not nearly enough!

This is ridiculous..... No more thermo's/fat burners for me!
