Best Time To Dose

i was just lookin for everyones experiances with dosing igf. i know you should use it twice a day but when do you guys feel its best to dose. i am prolly gonna go in the am and then before bed. if you feel it works better at different times let me know.

Personally, I've mostly done it in the morning before working out. If I had time I would also do it after a workout. I still had great results though so if you decide to do only morning, you'll still do well. Each person responds differently, however, so you'll just have to see what works best for you.

well this is my second day on the igf. ive been doing 20mcg before WO at about 3 and then i do another 20mcg before bed. i think i might start doing my first inj an the mornin just so the time in between doses is closer. and my 2nd inj after WO. when do you start to notice results??

Usually you notice results pretty quickly. Give it about a week and see how it is coming. If you find you aren't getting much out of it, you may want to increase the dose a bit. Most bros report intense pumps in the gym and some get really hungry. After the cycle is over many also report that their fat percentage went down while staying around the same weight. That translates into a gain of lean body mass while losing fat.

actually i just got back from the gym and i do think im starting to feel those legendary pumps everyones talkin about. hopefully it will keep gettin better and better. or does it seem to hit a certin point and then hold there for the duration

here is what I would do, pick your two or threee weak parts and rotate ED. I did this with traps shoulders hitting each side with 30 mg post workout. I did this to get the full site injection benfit people were talking about, nothing drastic, but I did see a small local browth in those two areas compared to everywhere else.

i think i am going to hit muscle groups during the week and then on weekends im going to go SQ in the belly to get rid of that pinch of fat coverin my abs. instead of using a new pin 2x a day can i load one pin with both doses and use the first dose, cap it, then later use the second dose?? just to save some pins

To be honest, I don't like that. The pin is dull the second time around and there is the problem of it being sterile after its use. Just buy a 100 pins from the gearboxinc. They are inexpensive, and if you are going to be investing a lot of money, then learn to use it and inject it properly.. all hyopthetically of course.
