when you inj into the bicep you should hit the inner or outer head right?? I know that site injection web site shows you to hit right in the center. which is best to do?? one more thing with the IGF some places tell you to apply (SC). what is the difference applying IGF (SC) or (IM). i have been hittin my bicep. would the results change if i started applying in my belly???

I think a couple of those shots only look like they are being done in the center, but they are supposed to be in either head, NOT the center. The difference between IM and subq applications with IGF is that IGF actually can cause localized growth in the muscle you apply--AAS do not do this. Applying subq will cause an overall effect in your body, possibly more of fat loss. You won't notice the muscle growth doing subq as much as you would with IM applications in the muscle you want to target. Most bros here prefer IM applications, including myself.

bump , don't hit it dead center, you got that big vein there, go on either side of it about 1 inch or so and I apply with a slight inward angle.

so when you do IM should you keep going in the same muscles or can you go a different muscle every day. what about going IM one day and SQ the next or should you be consistant with the application

When you do IM site applications with IGF, you get localized growth in that muscle. IGF is the only compound that does this. Steroids do not. For example, if you need to bring your biceps up then apply in your biceps, rotating sites on your biceps (inner and outer heads) to minimize scar tissue buildup (though that isn't much with a slin pin). If you need to bring up another muscle group, apply into that group the next day. It doesn't really matter, bro. Doing subcutaneous applications will give you an overall effect in your body so if that is what you want one day, there is no problem with that.
