BODYFAT calculator...no measurements needed.

i couldnt get it to work. i came up with 18%. thers no dam way im at 18%.i think i messed up somewherer

B2S, I tried this and for me at least, I think it works...I'm not too educated on where all of the formulas came from but this technique is definately a close call for my BF%

In theory I think this could get some people close results but I think it depends on what you consider close... I just got measured with calipers and after a couple of weeks without training and eating like a horse on my honeymoon I was 17.5%. According to my Tanita (piece of shit) BF scale I'm 19% and according to this formula I'm 22.9.

743% cant be right, right?

Actually it was pretty good, came up with 16.61. I'm probably just a bit higher tho.

Interesting formula, but I don't think it is wholly accurate. Gives a good estimate though.

14.25% @ 208lbs... that's not too bad.. i feel fatter though.. LOL ... anyway, at least it's a round about figure.. i'm happy with it so far.. LOL ...

so... 14.25%BF
208lbs
5'10.5"
... eh, not too bad i guess... lol hope it's close.. and hope i can drop it down.. but my waist almost never changes size no matter how big/lean i get.. maybe down to a 33 but never over 34...

Yeah, the diet thing is my weak spot. I guess I was a spoiled kid, whenever I wanted something sweet, I got something sweet. Now, as an aspiring bodybuilder, if I want something sweet, I get water. It's hard for me to eat 6 times a day too, because I work, and I'm not a "Martha Stewart" kind of guy in the kitchen where I can prepare seven meals, wrap them up, take them to work, etc. So I just eat alot of Subway. I'm working on it.

The formula doesn't take into account distribution of fat on the body. For example, I have thin, thin skin on most parts of my body, and the fat I carry is mostly on my midsection. That means with this formula, it could be off up to 2% too much. So don't take it too seriously. As B2S originally said, it is an estimate.
