Not sure if its gear related but, lately i have been getting weird sensation in my eardrums. If you pinch your nose and try to blow it and then right away you sniff hard. You will feel like you are sucking air inn and out of your inner ear. I have been getting that alot lately. You think it might have something to do with bp??

it could be...but also have it checked by your doc bro...you just never know

Might be related to a high BP. I get a rushing sound when I am pushing when my BP is high

If no A, Then no B

if you do something (A) and somthing else happens as a result (B)
that will also mean that if you dont do something (A), tehn a reaction (B) will not take place......seems like logic to me, but get a physical and complete check up just to be safe bro'. M-
