Question about doses?

Say you're taking 1 gram EW of test enanthate and for the first 3 weeks you're taking 1 gram of test prop, are you in essence taking 2 grams of test a week? I know that you technically are, but does it really count? Would you say, "I'm taking 2 grams of test a week."

Something I've been wonedring about.

I would say one gram a week.

Technically, you have 2gms a week sitting in your muscles, but if its not available yet due to esters then it doesn't count.

I loaded my current cycle with about 2gms prop for the first week and it kicked in HARD 1 week to the day.
Even prop never worked that fast for me before.

Does it really take that long for esters to 'kick in?' When I first went on HRT, the doctor gave me my first shot. The next day, I felt extremely different than the day before. The only way I can describe the feeling was that it was like I replaced a run-down battery with a fresh new one. Doesn't that mean that it is getting into your system already, or do you mean it takes that long for the test level to increase to its peak point? I had a blood test done in which my doctor compared my levels off the test and when I have just had a shot in the morning. Off, I measured 194. I took my shot the next morning and had my next test in about 2 hrs. The results of that one was 1314. So doesn't it release quickly into your bloodstream even with an ester?

Here is an chart from Building The Perfect Beast by ALR. This is based on Enanthate according to his findings.
Its much easier to show than to explain. There are many ways to look at it, if the drug is in and out in a week then yes technically you were on 1gr of test that week, but if you had 2gr or test go in and out of your system in a week then you were on 2gr of test per week. For long acting esters its hard to say how much you are actually on. When we talk about cycles we usually are expressing how much we are shooting per week.
