IGF Strength Gains?

I'm not so interested in weight gain as I am in strength gains. I've not found any reported strength gains. Can anyone comment on what I should expect during a 4 week cycle of IGF? Thanks in advance.

You don't get a lot in the way of strength gains with IGF like you do with AAS. Its main effect seems to be losing fat while gaining a little LBM. Most people report losing fat while their weight stays the same. Some lose a little weight if they lose fat faster than they build LBM.

Is that because the gains are spread so evenly over the entire muscle system whereas AAS gains are specific to the exercised muscles? How do we know that the weight gain (net after fat loss) is limited to the muscular system and doesn't include bone density increases, organ growth, etc?

Thanks again.

Actually, you have that backwards. AAS gains will happen over the entire muscle system (well, the ones you exercise), whereas IGF (if injected IM) gains will be mostly specific to the muscles injected. That is why strength gains with IGF are hard to quantify. IGF can affect many things, but injecting IM will concentrate its effects in the muscles injected. It is the only substance that has a site specific effect. Now if you inject IGF subq, it will affect the body overall much more and may include organ growth (at really high dosages).

There really is no specific data on the dosages that it could cause it since there aren't any studies about that. The highest dosage I've heard is 200mcg /day. It probably takes an extreme sensitivity to IGF or really high dosages to cause major organ growth. Most people get excellent results with 40-80mcg /day so there is no need to go that high. There are more posts about this subject in this forum.
