750mgs of test anything more too much?????

been having this debate for sometime with brutha's at the gym and some boards. More then 750mg-1gm too much in a weeks time? Some say anything more then that is a waitst of good gear. I have went as high as a gram in one week and have not gotten any better results but other say depenig on what it is stacked with you can do wonders???

My all time favorite is cype and eth and prop too. Not too happy about sust anymore. Why? I just don't feel I get the same strength as I do with putting my own stack together.

Have used 500-750 as a base to start with 400-600 EQ or 600 deca at most.(but have found that need alittle more test when on the deca ). Have gotten somewhat good gains but then gooes back to what is right more reps or more weight? Fricken confussed sometimes. Have read Jeff Summers book (Roids 101) good info but not as far aas good cycles.

Presser or anybody want to jump in and hit me with a e-mail and tell me maybe what is my troubles. I'm 6' 4" and 270# but would like to be 280-290
cut. I eat over 350gms of protein and eat pretty clean. Want to get some tren or make the shit with the kit but do not know if they are out there anymore. If anybody as a site where kits are can they hit me back and point me in right direction.

I would sit down and recheck your diet. I think you may be coming up short on that and that is the deciding factor.
 
I have ran 1.5gm of Sust in a week but the one thing that you have to keep in mind is you aren't getting nearly enough protien for what you are doing. If you want to be 290lbs cut, you are going to have to let yourself get a little fat. I would bulk up to 325-340lbs and start to cut back from there. In order to do this you are going to have to take in massive amounts of food. I'm talking 8,000-10,000 calories a day and get 600gm of protien or more. I am currently 276lbs and measured 8.9% BF this morning. The IGF that I've been taking for the past couple of weeks has actully shredded 2% BF off of me and put on 4lbs. It's amazing stuff, but I am currently taking in 500gm of protien or more and eating 7500 calories/day. This is not an easy feat to accomplish. It is Fuckin wearing me out to say the least but I am going to keep it up through the end of my IGF cycle. BTW.... I am not on any anabolics right now, just 100mcg IGF/day, 12iu Slin 2x/day, and 8iu HGH/day.

Tomsizemore, question for you bro, do you really think 600 grams of protien is necessary? I don't know I may be comming up short also my stats are close to the same and I try to get about 400 grams of protien and thats a big job for me. I try to get mopst of the rest of the cals from carbs, did you notice a big difference from upping the protien like that when you did it? I am interested to know. I know Jay Cutler only take in about 350 grams of protien and about 1,000-1,500 g of carbs when he is bulking

Protien is the most under rated (and Necessary) anabolic substance legally available anywhere. How improtant is it to bodybuilders and athletes? About 10% of your body's total protien is contained in the skin while about 50% of your body's total protien is contained in the muscles. the rest is contained in organs, enzymes, circulatory, etc...

Your body has no long-term storage system for protien as it does for carbs and fats. The liver and circulatory system stores amino acids for a very short term, while muscle mass serves as the largest "temporary" stor house of free amino acids. Maintaining these amino acid stores requires eating/drinking complete protien every 2.5-3 hours. If not, then when your organs and muscle tissue cannot get what they need from circulation, the muscle is catabolized. 2 steps forward and one step back makes for poor progress. Remember, the body can also convert branch chain amino acids into glucose/glycogen for energy.

We all know that the measure for adding mass is between 1.5 and 2.5gm/lb of body wieght. this varies upon individual, but why risk it. A total caloric intake of 18-20 calories per lb of bodywieght is necessary while bulking as well. I always eat like I want to look. If I want to be 300lbs I will eat like I already weigh 300lbs and wait for the gains to get me there. So with this in mind, I need to be eating between 450gm and 600gm of protien per day and getting a total caloric intake of 5400-6000 calories per day. Now, I said that I was eating around 7500 calories per day. This is because I am currently unable to keep wieght on with the IGF, T3,T4, Clen and HGH. however, I am still going to get the higher end of the protien intake just for safe measure.
 
Also, Cutler isn't 6'4" tall and will never be able to metabolize anything like us. I don't care if he weighs 400lbs, there is more to it than total body weight, IMO.
 
It's your diet bro bump your protein up to 2g's per lb of bodyweight and really up those calories, 23 calories per lb of bodyweight and up.
