Guys,

I have tried a search on this topic and have not come up with anything. I was wondering what you guys are using for mult-vitamin/mineral formulas/brands? I am currently looking at NOW Adam, Universal Animal Pak, Beverly International Super Pak or Ultr-4, or Optimum nutrition Opti-men.

thanks for the input

Definitely Double X from nutrilite....it's organic and dissolves within 30 minutes in your body compared to others.....

Looks like quality product but man, expensive. I don't have that kind of coin right now. I am having hard enough time satisfying protein requirements per day :)

I like twinlab daily one and ultimate nutritions multi........I also like garden of life optimum mens formula, but it's organic and expensive.

When it comes to vitamins, I just go to WalMart or whatever supermarket happens to be nearby. I go with generic multivitamins usually, but I do like Centrum. I don't see any point in spending a lot of money for specialized vitamins, especially when you are going to get a lot through all the eating you are supposed to be doing in bb'ing.

Love Beverley International. Love em even more since Ive been getting them at the whole sale price.

I agree with tk I go to walmart or the grocery store, I think specialized vitamins are one of the most over priced supplaments on the market, I have had my blood work done after taking a very expensive vitamin like animal and a generic there was no difference at all. the only vitamin I have seen any difference from is trigenix, it is a vitamin system it has a liquid supplament and a fruit and veggi pack, my levels returned to normal a lot quicker after an aas cycle when taking it. do a search on trigenix it will pull up their website.

i think most vitamin that are out don't absorb as well as organic ones....and that should be taken in consideration when makin your choice of vitamin....

Thats right, non whole foods multivitamins arent nearly as absorbed by the body as ones that are even partially made form whole foods. I am taking a multi from solray right now, and yes its pricey but it works and i would rather pay more for something i know mybody will be able to assimilate then crap outta me and make its way to ocean from the toilet.

Bump that!! Don't look at it as just pricey..thing of it as something that is gonna be absorbed in your body 100%... I like pricey vitamins....because they are guaranteed to work and they do...

I'll bump that bro'

I go with the good stuff and shell out the extra $$ for a quality multi.

If you go talk to someone who is well educated on multi-vitamins and supplements they will be able to tell you the differences between all of them and help you choose the one that will work best for you.

I use Progressive Multiple Vitamins & Minerals For Active Men which are organic vegetable capsules. I take 4 of them per day with meals.

Organic vitamins have natural enzymes and probiotics neccesary to metabolize the nutrient the way nature intended. Stripped down synthetic nutrients lack these supporting nutrients and therefore are poorly absorbed........Theres a price difference for a reason.

Also you will notice that organic lack MEGA DOSES.......Thats because mega doses arent needed when your getting 100% absorbtion of amounts intended by nature.
Organic eating in general can change a persons total health and fitness level. The problem is stores dont carry many organic items and the farms that do can be a bit pricey.
