I highly recommend any new users (and the usuals who haven't read it yet) to read the sticky, "Growth Principles." BigA really knows what he is talking about. I personally have been following the program for the last couple of weeks and have been amazed with the jumps in strength I've made in only that short time.

I'm going to begin using this method in the next couple of months. I will keep a detailed log of my progress. Diet/Training/Supplements/etc...
 
The whole trick is though to make sure you perform each rep correctly and there has to be 100% mind/muscle connection.
