Hey fellas, wat is an easy yet accurate way to measure bodyfat %? I have a pair of calipurs. I had a calculation on line but the web page has been shut down. Do you guys have a good method??

Do a search for "BODYFAT calculator" by body2see. That method seemed to be pretty accurate for a bunch of people.

Or have your bf taken by a PT at your gym with calipers. Calipers are the second most accurate way to measure bf%.
