those are the names of the product , then the links from where to get them. ok for right now I can only afford the muscle juice 2544 , so thats all im going to take till I get a little bigger so my parents let me box. Then I will be able to afford all the products if its safe to take all of them together.

Could you please just tell me if it would be safe to take all of them products together. If its not then could you eliminate some of them but dont eliminate too much lol.

One more question , ok when i take protein shakes. Ive been told to take them after workingout so on my days off does that mean i dont drink them?

Just get a good protein supplement...and maybe some creatine. That's all you need. You don't need any overpriced, underperforming supps from that company.

I agree with BiggerStronger. And as for the protein, take your shakes spread out during the day. I usually go 4-5 shakes a day - morning, lunch, post workout, dinner, before bed. Some say to have a shake with every meal...

Well I heard that you should only take protein shake after your workout. Because if you take other times of the day your body will start to build up an immunity to the insulin and you will get less or no results. Because your body absorbs the nutrients better after a workout.

OK, Malic 98% of the supps on the market are all hype and thats it. Trust us all you need is creatine, a good MRP( meal replacement), whey protein, glutamine, a whole foods multi viatmin, and plenty of clean food to eat. You will grow just give it time. I went from 150lbs to 220lbs completely natty just by eating clean foods. You can gain the weight just be patient and stick with it.

Insulin resistance will build if you're obese or have type-2 diabities and your shakes contain lots of sugars. Which I don't think you have. I wouldn't worry about eating too much protein. I'd be worried about eating too little.

Malic, I was also 125lbs when I was 15...that's about when I started training too. Trust me, most supplements out there don't work as good as they claim if at all. I've tried everything. The only ones that really helped me were protein powders and meal replacements. That is all i use right now, plus a multivitamin. Creatine and Glutamine are good too, but I don't think they are essential...others may disagree. Just eat right, train right, and get your rest.

sheesh PJT...we heard ya the first time...LOL
Malic....tehy guys are all telling you the truth....save your money for Senior prom and jsut eat properly, and train right. Your jsut about to get into a new growth spurt and it is not normally one for heigth but for growing out...you are gonna fill out mroe in the next yr or so. M-

Protein only after a workout? If we did that, none of the big guys would be big. You have to have a lot of protein, and there would be no way to get all the protein you need in one sitting. Get lots of protein, possibly supplement with creatine, and keep your diet clean if you worry about fat increases.
