Legit or good supps?

I like the real thing but when I am between cycles or on them for that matter I wonder if suppliments can help? I know protein shakes and all that but what about pills like cell volumizers, creatine, all that tweaked legal steriod anabolic shit? Is there anyone out there that can really say they at least had some gains from the shit? What about a company called SDI labs, they make some supps. that claim to be an effective alternative? Is all this crap just a modern day snake oil scam?
 
well i know nothin about SDI labs....Seems to me like a hype pharm..... I won't trust those kind of hype on the site..... my two cents

Creatine
Nitrix
Glutamine
Multi-vitamin
Flax oil

That's all I will F' with. Other than that, it's off to Mexico...

You don't want to use anything that messes with you natural test. The suggestions Tom and B2S were good.
 
what would you suggest for a 16 year old to take. ive been lifting for about 2 months now and ive been on cell mass . . . my brother suggested i take either methol-1 or 1-ad do you think that either of those would be a good thing for me to start takin?
 
Look D-day, your too young to train here man! No, You are too earger to get big quick and it's gonna get you into trouble. It takes time, diet and correct training! Buy some mags, read up, eat at least 4 times a day, work out using different muscle groups every day and take a few days rest between. You will not notice results in the mirror! Trust me, they will be so small but after a year you will have gained a lot. I would take vitamins, creatine if you want, and stick to the basics. I already told you I was 16 and 168, at 20 I was 185, at 23 I was 190 and now at 26 I am 230. And if you want to get big for different reasons like there are some roid heads at school, or football or a tough guy fuckem! You have every tough guy here to chat to for support. So stay clean for now, trust me.
 
For a 16 yr old i suggest eating, eating, and more. . . . .. . . . . .eating. You are to young to even think of anything.
 
thanks. . . yea i havent seen to much in the mirror like you said . . but i have noticed a pretty good amount in weight gain. . and i saw the post pics of you and your about the size i want to be... soo ill just stick to what im doing and ill check in every once in a while to talk to yall . . . you know advice and stuff.. later yall take it easy . .
