mixing sust and deca????

i should have checked first but ive been mixing my deca and sust and injecting in the delts do you guys think this is ok??????????????????

Well, I mix those as well, but I pretty much hit my quads for everthing (with an occassional shot in the glutes). Don't really feel much problem with two, 3 cc shots in each quad a week.

i used to mix them 2 together all the time. never had a problem
