I have been going to the grocery store in the health food department and buying the raw flaxseed it is much cheaper then caps or oil much cheaper I think I got 2 pds for like 2.50$ and it has lasted me 3 weeks so far at 60 grams of fat per day, I have read a little on the topic and your body absorbes the raw flaxseed better than oil or caps. o yea i take like 5-6 tblsp about 15-19 grams of fat and put it in a coffee grinder and gringd it up into a fine powder and just throw it into a protien shake. it is a good way to dump extra calories and ver cost effective
Oil allows you to consume the necessary amounts easily and without taking in a million caps. Caps are easier to transport but do you really want to take 12 caps when you could take a tbsp and be done with it. Not to mention oil is more cost effective.
