just a little update on my progress. i just returned from the gym where i was getting my bodyfat tested. i was completley suprised. 8% at 5'10, 214. i figured it was going to be like 12-15 just cause that layer over my abs. for someone who has never done cardio, i think thats a pretty good number. i am going to keep track of my % eather every week or biweekley throught my igf run. how much has you guys bf changed from igf??
