ive been around this board for a few months now and have placed a few orders. i have never had better customer service than i do here. presser is a great guy and is a man of his word. one of my orders was late due to press having the flu and he said he would make good on the order and thats exactly what he did. there was an uncontrolable problem with another one and he came through agian to make it up. for everyone who is new and thinking of ordering from MC you will not be dissapointed. i gaurantee it. an order is never forgotten. just be patient. as for everyone else here. there are alot of knowledgeable people who have great info in every area of our sport. you can find the answer to any question on this board. just another satisfied customer letting everyone know
 
thanks brutha! We do our very best and we have our share of problematic orders but try to remedy the problem as best we can.

on a side note, we now have a shipping and recieving location in 2 new states, making it a total of 3 S&R locations total and we are looking into a location in the UK
 
Once again, it's been about three weeks and I haven't even gotten a shipping confirmation. I love the fact that we are all bro's here, but I've gotta say, the Customer Service has a long ways to go before I can say it is excellent. Not flaming, I'm just on the other side of the coin and I started a cycle without any anti-e thinking it would have been in two weeks ago.
 
3 weeks,bro ur last order was p0acked and shipped 2 of those 3 weeks ago, unless im missing something? i have a toll free number bro, call no reason anyone should hacve to let me know this way when all u have to do is call me, thats what the number is for. or emAIL ME, IF FOR ANY REASON IT WAS MIS SHIPPED I WILL MAKE GOOD ON IT, EVERYTHING IS RUNNING SMOOTH AGAIN SO MAIL ME BRO, BUT NO WAY I MISSED YOUR ORDER BRO, I REMEMBER IT SPECIFICLY
 
It was to be shipped here to my work address. I made a special notation in the notes space on the order. never recieved a confirmation it was shipped, just a confirmation that I ordered it yesterday and it is currently pending for some reason.

i do remember it and dont remember any side note to ship elsewhere, and it is 9 business days old, which is still to long to wait but also not close to 3 weeks my man, i will take care of you dont sweat it, but i have not seen any side note to ship that to another place other then what was listed as ur original shipping addy, all in all the items will reship out of my pockets
 
also all orders stay pending no matter if they shipped or not so i have to make note of that someplace so guys dont worry to much
 
This was just yesterday, and it says pending. I don't think it was shipped. I will PM you the addy. Again, I'm not trying to Flame here, I've just got hot titties and need some anti-E.

I agree with what is stated at the beginninng. I have had very good service from Presser all the time. Now, Presser, you should include that phone number in al you emails so its easier. i remember once I was trying to contact you and couldnt (it looks like my emails were bouncing), but had no idea about the number because I was only reading the text that comes in the email.

Maybe we should start a thread about 'Improving' the site and see how we can make all this better... Not that I have anything to complaint about, but maybe some good ideas may come to the board.

Presser definitely stands behind his stuff. I had an issue with shipping and he went above and beyond to accomodate me and to remedy the situation. Very solid and I intend to do business with him in the future.

Yeah that would be helpful to do, It confused me when I saw it was still pending after you had told me that it was shipped.
