i havent really used it yet. i plan in startin it soon. you have to be really careful with that stuff. i took a small dose (20mcg) and it scared the hell out of me. that shit really does work.
Clen is good if used right..The stuff is potent...My dog lost 3 inches off the waist in a month....Just try it out and see..you should try MC's Aqua burn
i always hear of people running clen at like 100+mcg. how is that possible. ive been tryin to work up slow. i havent been able to take mor than a couple drops(10-15mcg)
i feel if i take any more than that i will die. will i still see results from a small dose like 20mcg or should i keep tryin to up it??
clen is great. i took 100 mcg a day for 20 days and lost 25 lbs with just atkins diet, no cardio and ab work. warning: the first time i took it i took the full 100 mcg at once and thought i was going to rip through my skin for about 12 hours. after that i took 50mcg twice daily and it was nice.
Some people respond differently to clen. I wouldn't worry so much about increasing your dose, jth250. If you are getting results, it's working. If you do try to increase your amount, listen to your body so you don't go overboard.
i was using a slin pin. it was only bad for the first week or so. i was able to get up to about 60mcg no prob. i mwas getting results at that dose so i saw no need to go up. i went from 8.5 to 7%
