New Routine

Just getting back into the swing of things. New gym, and it's been awhile since I've consistantly worked out due to many factors. New house, new job, money, etc, etc, etc. lol.

Rest-Pause in betwen most sets. Slow Controlled.

2 sets Incline Bench
2 Sets DB Flyes Rest Pause
2 Sets Cable Curl
2 Sets Alternate DB Curl
2 sets Close Grip Bench
2 Sets Tricep Pull down
Stretches

Wed
Back/Shoulder
2 Sets Rows
2 Sets Pull Downs
2 Sets Deads
2 Sets Military Press
2 Sets DB raises
Stretches


Fri
Legs/Abs
2 Sets Squats (+1 warm up set) 20 repper every other week.
2 sets Calf Raises
2 sets Leg Press
2 sets Hams
3 Sets Weighted Abs.
Stretches

Any additions, or changes? I have a feeling after this time off I'm going to blow up. Surprisingly after being a lazy bum for so long I'm at my biggest natural point ever. 5'9 195-197lbs ~16%bf

I might hit up a cycle in about 6 months or so once my body is ready for it.
