enthanate and winny cycle help?

i currently weigh 195 and am 5'11. body fat about 15% i two weeks i want run ethanate and winny for 30 days
can anyone help with a 30 day cycle
how many carbs should i be eatting and protein.
cardio 2 times a day for 30 minutes.
i would like to trim some fat and gain muscle if possilbe.
what about pct when should i run clomid and tamox
do i need hcg?

Just out of curiosity... have you considered losing some BF before you actually start your cycle?
What does your diet look like right now?
Is this yout first cycle? If not, what have your other cycles looked like and what were the net gains? I would also consider using prop instead of enthanate if you are only running a 4 week cycle. Hypothetically you can go with 100mg prop EOD, and 50mg winny ED for 4 weeks. Definitely have a liver protectant and begin using it before the cycle.
You don't need hcg for the cycle and you should run clomid PCT as well as femara 2.5mg EOD during the cycle.

i have used ethanate 600total and winny25 mg b4 for 30 days also tried m1t before.
i have lost alot of body fat i eat pretty clean, i am always to damn hungry and eat probably 400 carbs and 400 grams of protein per day
i want to use the ethanate because that is what i have to use right now

If you use enthanate you really need to use it longer. Keep the winny at 50mg for 4 weeks only. What is your body type?
 
Bump that. Ethanate takes a while to kick in. You'd be barely be getting the full effects of it when you would have to stop. Prop would be the way to go if you're only doing 4 weeks.
 
one thing that bothered me is you are eating the same amount of carbs as you are protien. If you are really wanting to lose bodyfat, I would suggest that you keep the carbs up a bit for at least a few days out of the week and always cut them off around 4pm or your 4th meal of the day. Personnally, I've noticed that carb restricted diets only lead to loss in streangth and lbm. Although, you will have to deplete carbs to get super lean.
 
I did 500mg of sust a week for 10 weeks and 50mg of winny ed for 12 weeks plus added in some t-3 and clomid to help trim the fat. My diet was expensive but consisted of either a grilled chicken breast and veg/south beach granola bar(peanut butter kind for extra protien) for like 5-7 times a day depending on my hunger but ate every 2-3 hrs. Now this is expensive as hell but with cardio and your regular workout this works. Remember its 90% diet.
