Do i need anything else?

Ok, well im trying to gain weight and bulk up for the winter, ive got protien powder, glutamine and tribulus, do yall think i need creatine to? I wasnt sure if i should throw it in there or not..? Any how many mg's of tribulus do yall think i should take, its 750mg's per pill...Thanks for tha help.


ps- any other supps you guys would suggest would be good to.
 
i think creatine would help you out alot. i dont get any results with it but i think its just a freak think. everyone i know swears by the stuff and would never go without it
 
bump on the creatine. It should come 2nd only to protein in my opinion. You should also consider taking a good multivitamin like Centrum.
 
Creatine would be a good addition, but it isn't necessary. If you want to bulk up, eating (a lot) will be the foremost important thing to do.
 
Bro, get yourself some good protein (trueprotein, or some synthepure) and some creatine. Most importantly though you need to get a solid diet and training routine together.
 
k, well i got some ON protien, cellmass creatine, tribulus, glutamine, and some flax oil, good routine, and trying to everything in site, so i outta be good to go, anything else? O, and how much flax oil should i be taking, and if i put it in a strawberry banna shake, do you think it will make it taste nasty, cause i know it taste like crap plain.....?
 
It's alittle easier to take in a shake, but too me it just fowls up my shake so I just chug the flax str8 off the spoon
