Most Winnie you can use in a week??

Well, generally winny is usually stated in ED amounts, because as you should know it's half-life is about 9 hours. It's usually split into 2-3 doses ED. Most guys don't go above 50mg ed as it's hard on the joints, and other sides can become quit severe.

35mg ed worked quite well for me. At 50mg+ I started to get acne, oily skin, joints felt weird (dry), and it seemed to make me a little short tempered. (I was also on tren though. lol)

Big bump here, no need to go crazy. My experience is 35-40 oral ed is more that suficent. I ran more than double that once with some tren and it was not mind freindly when I got to the end of the cycle and PCT. Depression set in like a mofo, way more severe thatn any other bout that came after a cycle. No sure the truth to it, but I read an article about winny and its ability to block serotonin reuptake....thus leading to depression in longer cycles and no doubt dose will play a part in that as well.

Agreed...more is not always good...my dog ran it at 20-40mgs..good results,...No dry joints or sick feelings,..... keep it low if you can...and just split it up to keep a good level of balance in your body.... my 2 cents

I've run it solo for 8wks.....50mg day oral tabs, but was a long time ago

Makes me as strong as test does but about wk 5-6 joints get painful.

Plan to run it with test/eq for next cycle. I know glucosamine helps out with joint pain A lot. But start taking it 2 wks before winny.
