Ok well not been working out that long seen some improvement , I dont have freeweights yet still trying to get money for it. But well my routine is listed below but later through the week my muscles start to feel loose so im thinking about working out all muscle groups every monday , wednesday , and friday tell me what you think.

Monday - Chest , Shoulders , Triceps
* Pushups , Handstand Pushups , Bench , Tricep Extension , Butterflys , Shoulder Shrugs

Wednesday - Hams , Quads , Calves
* Toe squats , Leg Press , Leg Extension , Leg Curl , Towel Jump , Step Jump

Friday - Abs , Back , Biceps
* Crunches , Pullups , Curls

Towel jump - I lay a towel on the floor and hop over it back and forth on my toes , its a vertical jump exercise. Once I get free weights I play on putting weight on my shoulders and doing this

Step Jump - I stand in front of a step or something high enough that I can jump up on it and back down on my toes , Also a vertical jump exercise.

--------------

Right now since I dont have freeweights im doing 1 set of every exercise trying to stay inbetween 3-5 rep range but I dont have freeweights yet so thats impossible cause I dont have enough weight. But im going to move them up to 2 sets and also planning on going 3-5 rep range on week then the next week 6-10 rep range and alternate back and forth between rep ranges. So I dont put as much strain on my muscles so they recover since ill be all of those exercises on mondays , wednesdays , and fridays.

Well my highschool has weight lifting class but that doesnt start till next semester , Which is about 3 months away...... So thats like out of question till then so im trying to put on some size before then.

The worst part out of all of this is I dont even know what I bench. Because I dont have freeweights or access to them so guess ill just keep working out and hope that im up there a little bit when weight lifting starts

When you get money, check the local ads or garage sales. You can get a steal on weights/bench/etc. combo or talk down a guy at a garage sale.

You can't buy it online....WAY to much to ship, especially nowadays. Remember, they charge by weight!

Well I get what your saying about to much expensive over internet. But well ive looked around where I live and there is nothing here I can find. No garage sales , or people trying to sell any weight lifting equipment.

Here is a link for adjustable dumbells that go up to 75lbs each dumbell including shipping for 525 dollars. They have an addon kit that I can buy for it that puts the weight up to 120lbs each dumbell for 120 including shiping.

That stuff is still expensive but that might be only choice I have since cant find anything around here. And I can do alot with dumbells until I get a bench , bar and weight for it. But how good of a deal do you think that is like how much overpriced?

another pretty basic movment that works great for tris is dips. you can never go wrong with them. if you need more than put your belt on and hang a plate or 2 from a chain. i do these every week with eather 2 or 3 plates and they just pump your tris right up

Yah dips work good I havent done them in long time but guess ill add that into workout if I can. Quick question though ok since its good to workout light for muscle to help them recover. Since I can do over 50 pushups and like 15 handstand pushups those are considered light so can I do those everyday. Because im also trying to train for boxing and pushups are good speed building exercises.
