Bro's was just wondering if anybody would like to share some of their own shake receipes that are like bulkers and
smoothies. whatever goes here. and maybe a break down of carbs, protien and fat. Any help would be great. MM

I use SynthePURE exclusively - per 100g of powder, you get 96g of protein, 0 fat, 0 carbs, no taste, no lactose, no gas, no bloat, mixes instantly.
So, my two favourite 'recipes' are: 50g of SynthePURE with a spoonful of Nutella in 500ml of water - it is bloody sensational!
If you don't want the sugars from the Nutella, then 50g of SynthePURE with a spoonful of instant coffee and fake sugar in 500ml of water with ice cubes - instant yummy iced coffee.
Also, I like putting the SynthePURE in apple juice - you end up a beautiful creamy apple drink.

That's all I use.

I like On but thats only 54gs of protein. Still decent for the buck and since most out there have 20gs. I split in in half and take a little before and after workout. I read that jumps the bodies igf 70% greater than without a quick digesting shot of protein. I have also mapped the different digestive patterns of individial proteins and BCAAs in foods such as eggs-Albumen and take them at relative times of the day appropriate to their cycle periods in the body and their individual digestive factors. I only eat a select diet of 30% protein, 30% fats and 40% cards. Protiens vary, fat are mostly mono, poly and as little sat and trans as could be. Carbs are complex but not always starchy-I prefer sweet potatoes over regualar but eat both (there is not a true American yam as they are several pounds and grow in Africa). Wheat or Rye breads only, brown rice, select fruits.

if you lkooking for the best tasting protein than i think the muscle milk will do your tastbuds just fine. i have never had a shake better

I'm looking for something that has peanut-butter, powder milk , yogart some fruit and protien powder. And a receipe for protien ball's anybody ever hear of these????

I do a vanilla shake-On Pro Performance-I get a tablespoon of real peanut butter, half a bananna, soy milk and strawberries or blackberries. Sometimes I add a scoop of ice cream.

Try this in a blender:
1scoop protein powder, chocolate is fine. Brand don't matter, just no gritty cheap crap.
1 cup nonfat cottage cheese
1 packet banana or chocolate jello pudding
1.5 cup water
1.5 cup ice
2 tblspn Natty PB

Tastes like reeses PB shake. About 500 cals. I think. I half it cause a full shake is huge!

2 scoops of Reeves Chocolate Creme, 1/2 tsp cinnamon,, 2 tbsp nat. peanut butter, blender, ice and voila.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bar
INGREDIENTS

10 tbsp. natural peanut butter
5 egg whites
5 scoops whey protein (I find that chocolate mint tastes the best in this recipe, however chocolate tastes good as well)
2 cups oats (OPTIONAL: For flavor, dry cook these on a frying pan until they are toasted)
1/2 cup soy milk

DIRECTIONS

Mix the peanut butter and egg whites in a bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, and mix well (so that the mixture appears smooth). Repeat 4-5 times until all traces of egg whites have dissolved into the peanut butter, and your mixture is a smooth consistent one.

Gradually add the protein (one scoop at a time) and stir into the mixture. Next, add the soy milk and follow with the oats. Continue mixing until a thick 'sticky' mixture is present.

Smooth the thick mixture into a 13x9 tray and leave for 20-30 minutes. Cut into 10 equal size bars. Individually wrap each bar (use aluminum foil) and store in the fridge.
