any one here ever take clen or eca while not on gear. if so, is it a good idea. i just got off a cutter and wanna keep leaning out even more. will i f my self up if i do either one/
it's actually a good idea, I follow all my cycles with clen...this helps regulate the cortisol levels, coupled with the long acting test. en. this will help you from crashing and burning. I use the ECA before my workouts to fuel them, during a cycle, off cycle, with or without clen.
