supps b4 bedtime

during a cutter most take a tblsp of flaxseed oil b4 bedtime. how about taking some MCT?? would that have any additional befinits?
 
I was unaware of what an MCT actually was. Here is what I found on it:

"Medium chain triglyceride (MCT) soaks up cell acids. Transport of l-carnitine, GABA, and alginate are enhanced. In addition, MCT increases energy expenditure.* MCT also supports weight loss.* Eating satisfaction is enhanced; overeating is more easily avoided.*"


I guess I'd be worried about the energy expenditure right before bed. I throwing a guess up here.
 
Great info, body2see, I agree with you. I do the high protein shake before bed myself. I've had much better results ever since I started doing that.

This is also great info to know. I would think that the addition of some MCT in the morning would be the best way to utilize it, especially if you do cardio in the morning. What does everyone else think?
