This always sucks (comming off)

Yeah everyone here can vouch for this. Youve been on an "ok" cycle for a few months and its time to get off the gear and start PCT. You are in week 2 of PCT and starting to fall apart(loosing strength, appetite, motivation, WEIGHT, PUMPS, vascularity). Just going back to your plain ole "off cycle" self. THIS JUST SUCKS. If I cant have the strength at least give me the pumps! Damn, I just cant win. I feel like crap and feel as if I look like crap, Ive lossed 9lbs in just over 1.5 weeks(mostly water). After todays chest workout I can tell Ive lost a lot of strenght too. Whats the answer to this? Im about to fire off some CEE to keep things interesting. Anything other than that that I can do? Ive also been treating myself to a little gatorade here and there in the gym to keep my energy up. What do I not know?

The goal should be to keep progressing while off cycle. For a veteran like yourself, this should not be a problem. I do two cycles a year- a bulk and a contest prep. That's it.
The rest of time I am natural and I have to admit I can make pretty good gains off cycle(again eating a lot of clean foods, and using things like creatine help a lot too).
Its a mindset thing with most people- its a hinderance that you have to get over.
This means keeping a good attitude about your regimen- you know you can't go balls to the wall but make every rep count. Throw some variety, negatives, etc into the mix. You are what you make of it.

Well, b12 will help wtih the appetite and 5htp is great for motivation and getting you head back on your shoulders. Like M said keep the diet in check get the proper protein and fight thru it. Both those sups will help with this, but in the end its still come down to you pushing yourself thru it.

HGH is by far the best Post Cycle supp I have ever had the fortune of dealing with. You keep your appetite and still make gains even without the AAS in your system. If you can afford it, get some HGH if for nothing else, to assist your appetite.

I also take Synthelamin. It's good stuff too.

Bro, You need to eat more. EAT EAT EAT EAT. Do all you can to keep the training inten sity up and if you feel burnt out take a short break. Maybe a week or so and just relax.

I am just as strong without the gear, the key like all the bro's said is to eat. I weigh more now than when I was on my last cycle. It is all in your head bro. If you want it take it!

I think the biggest problem is not having the sex drive like you do when on test. Now that sucks!!

LOL, Im still pretty young and in college. I have enough sex drive to keep me in trouble without the gear. Did I mention I go to the #1 rated college in the U.S. for beautiful girls? Yep... Go Gators!

huh Florida, wait till you get older you'll get bored of chasing
think I'm kidding I'm confindent that I was the worst when it came to the hunt up until I got to be about 27 or so...then it just became boring...I guess if you do something enough times you'll get bored of it-same routine different girl...actually they're all the same just different perfume

I think iten sity has alot to do with it.

Im training harder now, off cycle, than I was on. Im not dieting anymore, but everyweek, I up the intens ity. I like periodize up, so each weeks workout is more difficult and more productive.

i just competed last weekend
i did a bulker then went right into a cutting cycle
now its time to come off
im going to hit the gear heavy next cycle hgh ,slin, test, tren
how many weeks do i need to really clean myself out

How long was your last cycle combined?
Since you are competing, I would really allow 4-6 weeks(8 would be optimum) minimum before you start back up. Your receptors are saturated as hell and you still need to get you test levels back to a semi-normal state. I did what you did this season- I went from a bulk directly to a cutting precontest cycle. It was a 38 week cycle. For the recreational BBer, the rule of thumb is to be off the same time as the length of the cycle, but competitors are a little different. My two cents.

hey thanks MMX2,
i was ideally trying to make it till jan to get back on
but i dont think i can wait that long.
ill try to make it at least 4 weeks minimum
my cycle lasted prob just as long as yours

Just make sure you are really cognicent of your health and listen to your body.
As long as you monitor it, you should be ok. Make sure your PCT is set as well.
