bumped into a buddy yesterday mike west he won mr.mo and mr.ozark down in springfield in aug. he will be working with me on poseing 4 my first show.

i am 5'9 225lbs at about 6% to 8% bodyfat i will post some pictures in a few weeks. as far as show dont know haveing a hell of a time finding info besides the caveman and arnold classic.
