supplement guide

Hey guys, quick question for ya. I've a got a buddy in Eastern Europe who's starting bodybuilding and keeps asking me about nutrition and supplements. Instead of putting all the info together myself, I just want to send him a supplement guide that has all the info in it. Can you guys give me some suggestions? I've got a couple of older ones, but I want something up to date. Also, please nothing by a specific supplement company, I don't want an "all-MuscleTech" or "all-prolab" lineup. I am talking about legal supplements, not the other kind. Thanks a lot.

The best supplement you can take is: [drum roll] FOOD!
If you don't have your food intake high enough, you simply will not gain. If you really must have some supplements, some really good ones are creatine, whey protein, and glutamine.

Good info there B2S.

I was going to suggest him to join MC but I don't think other countries are getting the internet yet. JK, but maybe he doesn't have it.

It's so cliche to say FOOD, but so right. It's impossible getting around it.

Bro, maybe do some legwork for your buddy and go to the non-GNC type vitamin stores and ask wht their top sellers are and why. Also go to online nutrition websites and see what's up. You'll get a nice little list together. Run that list by us...

creatine or CEE
No-Xplode
Redline
yada, yada, yada...

We're trying to put a natty forum up very soon. Tell him to be on the lookout for that.

Thanks for the help guys. He doesn't speak english, so going on MC won't work. Those two books, however, what are the titles? The one by Philips and AAAhnold. BTW What's natty? Natural? Admitedly, I've never found anything natural about bodybuilding, but oh what fun!
