change in sleep patern?

I don't know what the problem is here. Maybe its good but I get friggin tired at like 9 and sleep like a baby lately. Never have for years. I am currently on anadrol 50, winny, sus and decca. Started about a month ago. Also quit drinking after labor day. I switched my routine to 3 days a week and do not overtrain-(used to spend 2 hours a day 5 days a week in gym). All this and I don't know what did it but I get tired around 9 like I have been doped up and sleep until 6. No energy after 8. I think its good but I don't know, came out of nowhere. I always had problems sleeping in the past.
 
i would love that man lol naww couldnt tell ya why that would happen just wish it would happen to me i cant ever sleep good it seems..
 
Maybe you just found the perfect equilibrium for you, Glen. I wish I could sleep like that. I'm a night owl. I can keep going until 3-4 in the morning if I let myself. I like to sleep more in the morning hours and get up after 10-11, but then my life will not allow that. Maybe if could win the lottery..... :)
 
I go to sleep late and wake up early most days. I don't get home from work until 10:30pm each night so it's hard to go to sleep before 1am. I get up at 7:30-8:00am or so. I have a horrible time trying to go to sleep most nights. Wish I slept good bro...count it as a blessing.
 
well, NOT drinking helps and I never get a good (or very long) sleep when drinking.

Ive never had a hard time sleeping.....I get tired about 9pm. by 7pm last night I was ready to crash out.
 
On exercise days, I sleep pretty well if I make sure I eat enough. Other days aren't as bad unless I get stressed out because of my job or something.
