Good protein shake mix-in ideas?

What do you guys like to mix in to your protein shakes to up the carbs or up the fat? I'm going to start a fairly strict, almost all shake diet, and want some ideas. I'm looking to really split my fats and carbs so I don't want any mix of the two, but seperatly, it's all good in the hood.

You have your standard fats/oils like flax seed and olive, natty PB. You have your carb mix-ins w/ the oats, wheat germ, milk or juice add-ins, etc.

What else are you guys putting in your shakes to get your fats and carbs in?
 
all i do is put 1 and a half scoops in (30 grams of protein) along with a decent amount of water and eat a banana with it... correct me if this is a real bad idea

Not a horrible idea, getting a nice post workout simple carb protein shake. Maybe throw in a complex carb like plain outs or a baked potato or brown rice on the side, etc. It's a perfect shake or shake w/ side, maybe 30 grams is a bit low, but that's just me.
 
85 i would try skim milk to add to protein intake. in a normal shake i will combine 2 scoops of protein powder 2 or three raw eggs and flax if i have it. but it also depends on what ur needs are.
 
I usually add water, 2 scoops protein, a banana, and that jello pudding powder Logan mentioned. I'm pretty sure the powder is 0 fat, 0 carbs, 0 sugar...
