Just wanted to say that yeah, there was a glitch on his service the past few weeks and many were upset about it. I have spoken to several of you and as always PRESSER not only gives you what you paid for but then some. In my case i say too much. Great service and i am extremely happy he is back on track. hope all of you feel the same. I don't get any kickbacks from MC for saying this for those if you who would like to know. I honestly have never seen service being taken to the level that presser has. Thanks for the UNBEATABLE customer service presser!! :thumbsup:

Presser has always come through for me. That's why it was so unusual to see such a delay this time. I had to stop my cycle early and go off pretty much cold turkey, but I'll get over it. Note to self-double check that you have all of your ancillaries before you start next time. Single checking just isn't cutting it.
 
I'll have to agree this was my 1st time dealing with MC so I was a bit sceptical as I always am at 1st...and with the glitch I was one paranoid pissed SOB (just ask Jay)
however, Presser did hold to his word and did comp me very nicely-now that I know he's solid I don't have any problems with ordering from MC again

based on the "Do you go downtown?" thread in the general discussion forum, it sounds like Presser is very much a "FULL SERVICE" man, and kinda proud of it to boot.
 
I got mine today despite the delay and all I can say is that Presser more than made up for it. PRESSER, YOU ARE THE MAN! I think he cleared up the problems that he was having that delayed the shipments. Like I said before, Presser has always come through for me and this time, in a big way.
 
I still don't have my viagara. It's been a long long time. I'm about to just write it off as a loss. Quite honestly, I've only gotten one of my five orders on time.
 
I ordered from once in the past, and his service was excellent.

Regarding my current order though, I paid for it about 2 weeks ago. He gave me a tracking number that didn't work, and he hasn't returned any of my emails or private messages. I'm concerned because I spent a lot of money on this order.
 
I'm in the same boat ham......I ordered almost 3 weeks ago. I got a PM today from him so hopefully he'll come through.

I don't see why he wouldn't.
 
It took 4 weeks for me to get it, but it was worth the wait. He said he's shipped everything out. I'm sure you'll get it soon. He's a good guy that just took his eye off the ball for a second. I can bet that he won't let this happen again.
 
I waited about 6 weeks and I got it. I never thought it wasnt going to come just wondered when. He made up for it with extras so if you are waiting im sure you'll get your stuff soon.
 
im honestly and thoroughly embarresed by the last 2 orders mentioned, 6 and 4 weeks is rediculous and i apologize once agin to those of you who waited and for simply screwing up personaly by letting a couple orders slip through the cracks

ever since i canned my shippers for being so dam slow and stealing i have been doing this alone and get overwhelmed time to time, but all is on track agan and we have more help now and have also implemented a better system

bottom line if press screws up he will always make it right. Drew be patient bro, i am sure you 2 will be happy witht the extra goodies in your order.
