heavy on everything
 
Typically I like to train legs all on one day. Its easier to hit all the muscles that way.
By looking at that Im guessing your triceps and biceps are your lagging parts and your chest is up to par?
I can see where this would work. Id try to be sure to throw in close grip bench & heavy dips for your tricep workout on monday and try to do movements like rope pull downs and kickbacks on your tricep work out on thursday!
 
my stats are 220lbs at 5'9 and 10% bodyfat my diet is strict and get about 10 hours of sleep a night, thank god for lay off, but any way been training with mr.mo so i think my form is good other wise my partner would have said something. i am only useing this is a change up 4 about 3 weeks.
