work has picked back up and as a heavy construction laborer i can hardly make it through 2 body parts in the evening and so i thoght i would do one body part before work and one after what do u bros think?
 
what is your current workout like?

you should only workout 3 days a week max if youre doing manual labor all day.
 
If you are doing a very physically demanding job then you really need to up your food intake and cut down the volume of your workouts to avoid overtraining, perhaps one bodypart a day only
 
Bump what finephysique said. Make sure you also get plenty of rest 'cause you'll need it as well.
