diet for prop tren var igf cycle

first off i am 26 yo. i am and ectomorph. and i am trying to loose dome fat and put alil muscle mass on. my caleries are 3000-3500/ed. cardio 3x wk. protien-400grams/ed, carbs 200grams/ed and fats to 30mg/day.

wk 1-14 prop/tren 150/100-eod
wk 1-6 var 50mg/ed
wk 6-8 igf-1 20mg 2xday

wk 16-20 igf 2x/ed
nolva 40/40/20/20
 
ok-- can you tell us what your diet looks like right now (example- breakdown the 3000-3500 cals down into meals).
 
First off bro if thats your current pro/carb/fats intake your not consuming 3000-3500 cal. more like 2600. I'd lower carbs and up the healthy fats. Also what's your weight?
 
Well, igf is better for bulking and the prop, tren and var wil dice you up nicely if diet is set

I'd switch igf for clen/eca.
 
Actually, you can pretty much use IGF anytime. If you want to use it, why wait until the end of the cycle? You can run it alongside everything else. Depending on your diet, IGF can help you bulk or help you cut though in my experience it tends to help more with cutting, especially with ectomorphs because they don't have much fat to start with. IGF helped me get under the 10% bf level.
 
i agree with tony in saying you can use it anytime, however maybe if your problem is cutting then you might be suited for the eca/clen type supps rather then igf, personal i think the igf is amazing when your getting close to your goal of cutting up, and less effective if you way out from that goal, but it isd always nice to feel running through ya synergisticly with all the other stuff no matter your goal of going up or cutting down, and ofcourse money comes into play in making ur important decision and i would have to lean towards the cheaper method once agin only if your way off that goal
