I'm going to be taking Clen/T3 as part of a cycle - Looking for some personal experience....
What's the guideline in terms of dividing the doses during the day?
I'll be starting the clen/T3 at the same time and it will look something like this:

I have 50mcg T3's - so I was just going to divide that dose in half @ the 50 rate and then in 3rds at the 75 rate.... Is that overkill? or does that make sense...?
On the Clen I have 20mcg pills- when I get up to the 100 rate should I divide the dose throughout the day equally... i.e., take it 5 times or is that overkill and I should just take 2 40mcg doses and then one 20mcg dose divided across the day?
