Day #1 of Aqua-Burn, IGF (Online Journal, will move to proper forum when done)

These are always fun.

Started off with 80mcgs (probably my 8th time or so running).

Going to go w/ 80mcgs MC's IGF ED w/ ~140mcgs aqua-burn ED Second time using the igf

I've heard these two together are fantastic. Was planning on running tren enanthate and test enanthate but had to drop the tren so I'm at 1gram test enanthate EW and on week 7. Planning on running the igf and clen for the last 4 of the test (weeks 7-10).

My diet is very clean right now. I'm attempting to lose bf while maintain/build muscle. Not an easy feat but my heads right, right now.

You can definitely lose some fat and still put on some mass....its all in the diet.

I did pretty much the same thing over the summer. But I didn't drop the tren ya big pussy! :D

The tren caused some serious progesterone gyno, unfortunatley it was enanthate and I had to sit there and do nothing about it for 3 weeks.
 
Day #2:

Just dosed out 100mcgs of burn. Took my 80mcgs of igf last night.

Today I need to do 500mgs of T enan, going to hit my tri's I think. 1 250mg/ml in each one, outer head.

I plan to go mirror all the way with this, checking weight at very end. I started at 262lbs, bf unknown. (5'9")

15 weeks out of surgery now. I got softer than I'd like trying to keep the weight on but being imobile for 6 full weeks.

DIET: (yesterday, day 1)
Cardio 5:40am-6:30am

6:30am - 60gram shake-water, banana, oats

9:00am - 60gram shake-water, 1 serving unsalted peanuts

12:00pm - 2 chicken breasts, 2 servings brown rice, brocolli, 35gram shake-water

2:30pm-workout
3:00pm - 90 gram shake-milk, banana/oats added in

5:30 - low fat shrimp stir-fry, extra veggies, extra shrimp

fell asleep

10:00pm, salad w/low fat- no carb italian, 60gram shake in water

fell asleep again

Falling asleep until 10:00pm messed me up, but I worked around it.

HELL YEAH....keep this going man...this way our newbies have something to see how a clen cycle works.....in real life....good luck with that homey
 
Day #3

Just dosed out 100mcgs. Didn't want to up it from yesterday, needed another day off 100 I felt.

I got my 80mcgs IGF last night. I'm rotating inner bi's, outter bi's and outter tri's. Up and down the muscle.

On a side note, my cardio (5:45-6:35am), I felt unbelieveable. Almost uphoric, it was weird. I can't pin it on anything for certain. In the mornings I'm looking good in the mirror.

Okay (yesterday's diet and workouts, day #2)

6:30am - 60 gram shake in water, plain oats, 1 large bannana

10:00am - 60 gram shake in water, 1 serving peanuts, 2 hard-boiled eggs (w/ yolk)

12:00pm (didn't want to eat this soon after 10, but had to take lunch break) - 35 gram shake in water, ham sandwich (whole wheat, double ham (no cheese), all produce - no mayo)

3:00pm - 60 gram shake in water, 3 hard boiled eggs, was going to go peanuts too but could not do it

5:30pm - low fat (1.5 grams a serving) chicken stir-fry. Put a half bag of extra veggies and another marinated chicken breast in. (I found these bags of low fat stirfry that come with everything in the bag - freezer section of grocer. I always add more meat and veggies in this meal when I mention it.)

6:30pm football workout. Worked with the receivers and DB's. I did more running than I have in a long time. AT THE END of the workout we ran 8, 300meters on the track. all had to be 1:15 or under (My last was 1:04).

8:45pm - leftover marinated shrimp put in 2 servings brown rice. Added brocolli (This is in place of a post workout shake. I have my protein, probably a little low, but complex and simple carbs)

Fell asleep, good day all in all.

What is this, day #4....

Just dosed out my aqua-burn, the full 140mcgs. 80mcgs igf last night.

Starting yesterday late afternoon my appetite was insatiable, seemingly. I'm going to post what I ate and such below but I just wanted to make a point that I haven't felt hunger like that in a very long time, and never with as much food as I'm eating each day.

Yesterday (day 3)

5:45-6:35am cardio
6:45am- 60gram protein shake in water, flavored oats (no banana, ran out)
9:15am- 60gram shake in water, 1 serving peanuts
12:00pm- Double turkey, double roast beef on whole grain, no mayo, no cheese all produce, 35 gram shake in water
2:15pm- 60gram shake in water, 2 servings peanuts
3:15 another 50 minute cardio session (no workout today)
4:30pm- low fat chicken terriake, added shrimp and extra veggies
8:00pm - salad, no carb low fat italian; 6 egg-whites, 35 gram shake in crystal light

bed by 9:30


On a side note, STRAWBERRY PROTEIN AND RASBERRY ICE CRYSTAL LIGHT MAKE A DAMN GOOD SHAKE!!!
 
Is this eating too much to be cutting? I'm getting most of my calories from protein.

This is pretty much the same as my bulker diet but in my bulk I eat as much carbs and fat as I want as long as I get my protein in. Here I limit it w/ each meal.
 
Can you tell how many calories that day was? It didn't sound bad to me at all.

On a calculated, rough estimate that was 3,500-4,000 calories. Closer to the 35K tho, I counted 3,650 but had to make some guesses, but I tried to guess high.

Call it 3,700 calories.

Day #5:

I just dosed out 140mcgs burn, did my iggy at 80 last night.

Just some side notes, last night I think I went hypo for the 1st time off igf. I did my igf pre workout, did my 2 hour workout and couldn't make it home. Had to stop at the grocery and buy 1 banana, 2 fuji apples, 2 drinkable yogurts, 1 premade turkey sandwhich. I started eating the yogurs and the sandwich in line because I was sweating profusly and I was dizzy and I almost felt "high" or something. Was this going hypo? 1.5-2 hours after my dose of IGF?



Okay, yesterday's diest and training (day 4), I was low on powder, so had to stretch it
5:40-6:30 cardio
6:30 - 60 shake, flavored oats, and 1 regular size banana
9:15- 35 shake, 2 servings peanuts
Noon- Double turkey, double roast beef, no cheese or mayo, whole gran with all produce
2:30 - 35 shake, 3 servings peanuts
6:00 - 90 gram shake (milk, banana and frozen rasberries)

8:00pm- worked out. 1:15 hours lifing heavy, 45 minutes cardio (high in10city cardio on treadmill.

10:00pm - post workout (thought I was hypo, all bought on a rush), two 0 fat, 40 carb, 15 gram protein drinkable yogurts, 1 turkey and salami pre made sandwich, it had no cheese and I threw away the mayo packet, 2 fuji apples and 1 large banana.

eating that last meal felt better than busting a nut. Is that a sign of recovering from hypo, or was this all in my head?
 
Sorry I haven't commented sooner, but everything looks good bro. Going Hypo feels similar to what you describe. Strange though...I got hypo like that off 10-12 iu of humulog and too few carbs/sugar. I didn't think IGF1 has such an effect.

However, I do have a theory: I believe that you're genetically somewhat insulin resistant so with the IGF1 it's making you more sensitive to your natural production of insulin. Just a thought...
