Want to start cycle but...

This may sound like a silly post but I'm going to throw my thoughts out at you guys again. As I said I'm have QV Test E 250 and Deca 200, I also have QV Test Prop 100 which I wasn't going to run right now of course. Anyway, 2 Months ago I was 230lbs 6'0. I have a strict diet, eating every 4 hours, low carb.. I think too low.. and am doing 30min of cardio.. usually tread mill before my workouts. Anyway, I now way 212lbs and my waste,abs, and oliques are getting better than they have ever been, still not where I want to be. I have also lost size in my chest, arms, shoulders, and quads. I know there's no perfect solution. I want to be more vascular which I know will happen on my cycle. I am a school teacher (scary I know) so this regimen of time doesn't change often: An example of my diet right now is at 7:45am a protein shake, then around 12 I eat grilled chicken with broccolli, then another shake at around 3:45, I hit the gym at 5:00 (cardio and heavy workout) then leave around 6:45=7. I get home eat grilled chicken and brocolli, then another shake before bed. I realize there are NO complex carbs, is this hindering my weights and fat loss as well? I am having a better leaner look but afraid to start the Test/Deca on the count of water retention scare. I sure hate after all this work to put water on at my hips especially. Anyway, I know this is a long post but any and ALL replies will be greatly appreciated! Also I have NO Nolvadex or even Clomid and not sure where to purchase.. with my career I have to be hush hush at gym. BTW, not to confue anyone, I DO want to gain size in those areas, of course, just still want a hard lean look around waste, abs...etc..

my wife is a school teacher and you guys have great hours leaving plenty of time for bodybuilding, anyhow maybe run 100mg prop eod til gone and 250mg a week test e and 200mg a week deca, and find urself some anti-estrogens and anti-progesterones maybe for the deca wich may convery to progesterone, rare though so you prolly wont need it but i would def find anti-e's,

this your first cycle?
 
dude there is no way I could lift hard enough to gain after 30 mins of cardio, you may want to split that up differently. Also to control your water retention check out MC's supps.
 
I haven't done a cycle in two years due to kidney troubles, that's another story though..lol. I have done D-bol, Test E, Androl 50 but this was a long time ago as I said, and I was stupid about it. Never cycling off, never using anti=s. I'm much wiser now. (I hope) Anyway, I was going to do 500 Test a week/400 Deca in two shots mixing them say like Mon and Wed. So you think less water the other way like ya said? Also I need to find some anit-est supplies.. I'm new to the board and very weary.. but you guess sure are helpful.
 
So take a pottasium supplement as well? Would that help water retention, as far as kidneys you mean? I've never heard this. Educate me please. Thanks!
 
I was under the impression that potassium helped retain water, but then again, it's good for blood circulation, so maybe I'm wrong.

I just know it works wonders for my cramping and it's good for blood pressure. But I also thought it was a form or similar to sodium? But that makes sence because sodium is bad for BP and potassium is good. Hit us w/ some knowledge boy!
