No one cup is definitely not one egg but if you hold down the bar it will give you options, one of those options is 1 large egg. This of course is for hard boiled if you go to the site itself you can just type "egg" into the search criteria and it will give you all sorts of options. It's great when counting protein... trying to keep it dialed in!!!
Here's what I have. 1 egg (white + yolk)= 70 cal; 6g prot; 0g carb; 4.5g fat
I was wondering the same thing myself and ended up looking in a carton at the store to get the info. BTW that is a Grade A large egg.
