This should be a legal post

I thought the ban on ephedra was lifted so why can I not find and thermogenics w/ ephedra(ine) or any workout drinks? My personal stash is getting low and I missed my Ripped Force by ABB and Therma Pro capsules by Pro Lab.

Well, if the ban was lifted I did not hear about it? When was this done? They had so much media coverage on the ban, you think if it was lifted you would hear some hype. How long ago was this? If this is true they are probobly not going to release an old product line, rather market a new one with a promise of less side effects or something of a hybrid product. Just my opinion.

April 14th(somwhere in that timeframe). Federal courts in many states lifted the ban. I think NCAA still bans the substance. But maybe he companies are leary of bringing back the products for fear of getting sued? I dunno. I knew I wasn't dreaming When I read those headlines. Along with watching what I eat and exercise, ephedrine products are the only thing that work for me and is the real deal. You don't need to take the whole bottle to get results like some "fatburners".

Its going back for MORE appeals (an appeal got it legal again).

The supplement companies dont want to make the product, for fear that another appeals court will make it illegal again and they now have an illegal, expensive liability that they cant even sell off.

and of course, when they made it illegal, it was FRONT PAGE NEWS!. But when its revoked....not even a peep. hell, all of you guys still thought it was illegal and you are into fitness. The judge said there was no actual proof of damage and the bottles came with disclaimers anyways.

GNC is still deciding wether or not there going to carry it..

It is legal again but in a reduced mg, stacker is putting some out there but the label says Bronchodilator & Expectorant it has 12.5 mg of ephedrine and 200 mg of Guaifenesin. I take it with my favorite prework out drink and is a great pick me up. Two pills and you are good to go, but be prepared to drink a lot of water. I pick it up at the local circle K stores.
