Creatine some big questions

Ok well around the beginning of january , I am going to be getting a gym membership and then become a certified amatuer boxer. :) Just one question im wanting to start taking a Nitric Oxide / creatine product to help with my workouts and strength. I did a little more reading up on it and I dont know if this is true. But I read that when you take creatine you see the strength gains and ect. But when you get off of it your strength and body starts to weaken and go back down to how it was before you were taking creatine. I dont really believe this because you have already built the muscle but its fuel for your muscles.

So im just wanting to make sure whether this is true or false and also I saw that creatine was banned from colleges when it was a new product. But they have done more research and made the product better and no side effects supposeably. SOOOO anyway well it is not still banned right? because I dont want to start boxing and be banned from boxing and have my reputation ruined because of something I did not know

Creatine, like any other substance has had controversy. Mostly because everyone is wiery of anything that bodybuilders use. They had a few folks in the early days perhaps take some, not enough water and die or dehydration. But the suppliment was eventually cleared. It was at first underated, then reports and studies were done on it that gave it some credibility. Supposidly now it is more popular than ever because some studies show it can do things like slow the process of aging-in a visible sence. And this is probobly most minimal but so are most suppliments. The real deal as far as I know with creatine is that is will support gains. I think if you stop you will loose some, but keep some some as well. The difference is that most people take it about 45 minutes before the gym. I imagine if you stop using it you will notice a slight difference-perhaps fatiugue wise. BUt what you earned you should keep. Thing is, when most people stop creatine, they also do it because they got tired of the anabolic lifestyle! The eating, lifting, eating, dieting. So they report a loss. They still might go to the gym but give up on total diet. Some side effects are still possible with todays creatine, as with anything. Usually they are very mild, some creatines have caffine mixed into them. The side effects can be as that of caffine. WOuld you think of it as serious or a danger to you? Very many Americans do think caffine is dagerous and avoid it, like anything. Creatine and caffine can dehydrate you so it is important to drink a lot of water as you would though while persuing an active lifestyle. You wouldn't go to the gym hungover on a 90 degree day after working heavy labor in the sun for some hours would you? I have not heard of any allegic effects but I am sure there are some cases out there as well. So yes, like almost anything it can pose a threat but I think many bodybuilders as well as nutritionist support and use creatine as a slight advantage. The advantage may not be noticeable but studies show in most cases it works. I think too many people believe the high profile adds too which portrait it to be like steriods.

alright

Ok well thanks for the read , but alright if I take creatine though I just want to make sure that it will not get me banned or introuble with boxing. Considering that alot of people think of it as a steroid and that it used to be illegal back then I just want to make sure it is not for boxing.

Pure creatine will not get you introuble with boxing unless it specifically states that it doesn't allow the use of it. As for creatine with other ingredients there may be a substance in it thats illegal in boxing. Your best bet is to get straight, regular creatine. And for the people who think creatine is a steroid, tell them to do some fuckin research.

Creatine really does work. I find it works best for me when I take it 45 min to an hour before a workout. I don't take it any other time. Creatine was never illegal, just frowned upon and touted as a worthless supplement in the beginning. That started the athletic industry's research into it because it seemed that athletes that were using it were performing better than those that didn't. Real studies were done and published, some even in college textbooks (you can find a book on creatine that contains all the data/studies if you search for it). Their conclusions were that there were no harmful effects, you could take it for as long as you wanted, and your performance increased. They also found that it helped athletes make muscular gains faster because of decreased recovery time.

I love creatine.

thank you

Thanks and well I orded a container of that no-xplode last night so it should be here within 2 weeks hopefully ill get it in like a week.

Creatine was the first supplement I ever used back when I was about 15 or 16 years old. I gained about 10lbs and went up about 40lbs on my bench press in a month or two. It made me feel a bit bloated and watery, but it definitely helped a bit for strength perfermance and muscle endurance when I played football in high school. I was probably taking about 5-10g per day.

Thats awesome , cause this product should last me around a month maybe a little more , which is great cause if I can gain 10lbs of muslce and increase my bench like that. Also this has nitric oxide in it too. For mental focus and everything else , along with recovery time cause increased blood flow.

Anyway got a question on tribulus basically the same thing I asked about creatine

Also remember bro...The biggest thing is making sure you eat enough food. The creatine wasn't the only factor that helped me gain weight...it was mainly the amount of food I was eating and the consistant training plus it was the first time I started taking training and diet seriously so pretty much anything I would have done would have let me gain weight fast.

I've taken NO-xplode and it gave me amazing pumps. My buddy also took it with me and he said it didn't do anything for him, I guess everybody's different. I hope it works for you like it did for me.

kool

Alright so it should be here January 3. Also I want to order muscle juice 2544 which is a slow releases whey protein shake with 55g of protein so that the protein is released over a 6 hr period because of MCT oil. But it costs like 25 dollars and I used my money on the NO-Xplode. But if i can get some money together to buy that considering alot of people owe me money. Then if I take both the products together and eat good. alot of peanut butter, chicken , steak , potatoes ect. I might be able to put on alot of muscle

I go with the muscle juice these days, it's pretty good. Good after workout shake because it has lots of carbs to stop the cortisol. I don't like to take it before because 55gs is a lot of protein. For me that much before a workout makes me feel sluggish. And the shit is heavy-over a thousand calories. Makes you feel a bit ill if you slam the thing down quick.

Ya I always take my protein shakes after my workouts. Because of make you feel sluggish and I heard you absorb the protein and vitamins and everything better after you workout because your body is trying to pull in as much of it as it can. So if you take before your body doesnt absorb alot of it.
