BS supplements?

Okay, we know creatine works okay. Others are not felt but some take BCCA's like me to help out. I don't know about that one. Don't really know about tribulus as well. I read it works somewhat but you can never trust anything you read either. This crap Gakic-I bought some-about $50. Works sort of. Not as good as I would imagine but it works somewhat. They have some new shit out called LUKIC? It's claim is that it keeps you anabolic. I think it is BS however. I don't want to waste my money on it, any test pigs out there feel free to share your results. I have not tried too many supps but I can say the only thing I really trust is protein, creatine, and anything that will give you a quick energy boost. They all make claims they will act like gear. All I can say is that if it is too good to be true it's not true. So eat up this holiday, rest-because thats when you gain and eat some friggin fruit instead of caffine before the gym, works for me. I wish half these companies would have to justify their claims in front of the US supprieme court. I have even seem health and fitness pros and gurus in ads they claim is some average dude taking their product. So save your money this year, buy more food and protein instead of bullshit caffine powder with a fancy name and steriod like claims with some dude you have seen in the Arnold Classic while and after he was on the bulking part of his training.

Here is an excerpt from Gakic.com:

"GAKIC supplementation was shown to significantly increase fatigue resistance by up to 28 percent when compared with the placebo. Bottom line: You'll train harder, train longer, and get bigger.

To get bigger, you have to pass new barriers by blasting through your body's normal fatigue threshold, also known as “failure”. After years of scientific scrutiny, researchers believe that one of the key mechanisms responsible for the performance-enhancing effects of GAKIC is the removal of the fatigue toxin ammonia, which can interfere with normal muscle metabolism and generally limit muscular power output. With decreased fatigue toxin levels, you can perform more work. This can eventually translate into better muscular gains as your training int ensity and strength improve over time."

Just because you train harder does not mean you'll get bigger as they claim. You only grow outside of the gym when resting, provided you get the needed amount of calories and protein to support the growth. Gakic is bunk from what I can tell.
