new years resolutions

To get under 10%bf and get up to about 205lbs. I'm at about 191 lbs right now and about 14%bf.
Get back on track with training. It's been a tough year, because I've been doing shift work and my schedule constantly changes. Get diet totally in check. Start a new cycle as I've been clean for about 1 1/2 years. Get a promotion to Senior Engineer at work. (so I don't have to do shift work anymore.)

Resolution? To keep my cool when the gym fills up after New Years with people who never lifted a weight before in their lives using up all the benches and machines I want to work on. They will all be gone by February until a week before spring when it starts to fill up again. For all those that stay Kudos but I am already there. My other resolution-drink less alcohol, and get to 260.

LOL! I'm with you on that first one, Glen. Hopefully I'll be able to cope with that this year. My other resolutions are get to 210-215, and get to 8% bf.

Yeah, I forgot about "those guys" who all of a sudden appear at the gym. That's why I go at 6am, to avoid that crowd.
I'm going to go against the grain on this question and say my resolutions will be to spend more time w/ my family. Get engaged. Maybe buy a house.
As for the gym, I'd have to say keep doing what I'm doing. Stay motivated. I've always wanted to get to 215 about 10% bf so I'll keep working at that goal.

Nice, another one of mine is to keep my dick in my pants more. Now that I am going to live with my girlfriend it's typical that chicks seem to make themselves more available. I don't know what it is man, anyone ever notice that? When I was looking nobody was biting. I go out to dinner with my girl and I see women giving me the once over and gawking at me. Maybe it my red mohawk?
