I always get your guys opinion on a supplement before I consider buying it. I was reading up about Fenotest. Just wanted to know what any of you guys thought about it or if anyone has taken it? Thanks

Also instead of taken this would you recommend taking a ZMA instead?

After reading up on this stuff, I think you would be better off saving your money.
