I have been using primarily Pro-Complex for about a year now as my protein source. I use 1oo% Whey post work out, but other than that only the PC. Is there any need to switch? Would it be benifitial at all? I like the tast and you can't beat 55g prot/ serving. ANy opinions?

I always switch it up, whatever is on sale thats worth a damn, but i try to get most of my protien in solid meals and only drink 1-3 shakes a day, never had any problems in swithing protiens other then gas and the rate of digestion changing

Gas and stomach bloating is the best indication of a crappy quality protein powder.
Real whey doesn't give you any gas or bloating. The gas and bloating comes from fillers - remember, supplements are not a regulated industry, so 99% of them don't actually meet label claims.
the best protein you can get during the course of the day is eatin Meals that are high in protein, keep the whey for PWO, it's gets to your system alot faster since you just broke down muscle tissue....my 2 cents
I used ON Pro Complex for years, but about a year ago I switched to true protein. Pro Complex is good, but its a bit pricy. Don't get me wrong I would not buy protein based on price by any means. I like to add a shake in with my meals for an extra kick.
i always buy whey protein isolate. 0carbs,0sugars,0fat. That way i decide how much of each will go in each shake. This is specially good when i wanna cut my carbs after 6pm since i just drink it with water and thats it.
