Ok one serving on this NO-Xplode that just came in today is 20.5g. But I dont have anyway to measure this out. It says 1 scoop is 20.5g but it did not come with a scoop so I dont know how much to put in my drink so like could someone tell me?

Well like nevermind I found a conversion chart with google its a little less than 3/4 of an ounce. since 3/4 of an ounce is 22.5g

lol. Hey I got 1 more question with creatine. Ok when i took it it said to mix with a certain amount of water and I did. And about 10-15 minutes later i started feeling it working. And its suppose to start working at about 30-45 minutes later and full effects 1-5 hours after taking it. Well So after I started feeling it i went and got my gallon jug of water out of the refrigerator and started drinking a little and then a little later like 5 minutes I didnt feel the results as much and still feeling it a little.

So im just wondering if me drinking a little more water slowed down or dimished the effects any since it says to take on an empty stomach , and even tho my stomach ive drank more water then it said for the dosage. But it says drink atleast 120oz of water a day when taking it. So im not sure if the water diminished my results since i drank some more right after taking it even tho it says to drink that much water

You feel me or am i too hard to really understand right now?

Malic, you're a funny guy. I guess we have to remember you're young just starting out. I've never heard of anyone feeling creatine work in whatever form they took just after they took it. I think you are just a little excited about it. Overall, you see and feel effects within a week during your workouts in that you can lift more and lift longer. Most compounds we take as weightlifters/bodybuilders work and do their job no matter what you do. Don't worry about minute detail like that too much. Keep your eyes on your goal.

well its been an hour and a half after the effects diminished and like , im not feeling it anymore. So I went and made a peanut butter sandwich and been drinking my water without lookin back :) so like when I take it tomorrow on my workout day I wont drink any extra water at I take it just to see if that is the reason it did it. I know the creatine works but the nitric oxide is suppose to work for a while anf well that didnt happen.

Well the effects I was talking about was the nitric oxide. I felt like I was a little high so well ive never been so excited ive felt like that except for after hitting a blunt so umm :)

but I quit smoking like over summer vacation so it cant be the excitement

I suppose you are one of the lucky guys that respond to NO2. It didn't do anything for me. Maybe I didn't have a good brand. I'm not opposed to trying again though. Creatine/NO2 does give you more energy, so perhaps that was what you were feeling. You'll get used to it over time.

Bro check down in your tub of no-xplode for the scooper. Mine always gets buried in there and i have to dig for it. It should have came with a scooper.

Ya lol I kind of found that right after I found the conversion chart. It was alot of help cause turned out that the measuring cup didnt go below 4 ounces so like I couldnt measure 3/4's so I was like ARGHHH. Then I started thinking ummm what am I doing and looked at the bottom and sure enough it was there. Wasted about 10 minutes trying to find out what to do and then I finally found the scoop

umm and well i ordered it from this site http://www.discountanabolics.com/p/BS01

and this is one of the places where i read up on it and did some research not really much this is kind of more of an advertisement but oh well
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/bsn/xplode.html

im gonna take the no-xplode for 7 days training and non training days with 1 scoop , and after that 1 scoop for non training days and 2 for training days so it will last me exactly 40 days.

yea, you took N.0. explode, thats nitrix oxide, might have a lil creatine in it to, but what your feelings so quickly is the nitrix oxide, not the creatine, its a pre-work out supp. that gets you pumped up. Suppose to be some good stuff.
