The pic up there is one that I took over the summer, I was drinking a gallon of milk a day and a little bit of water along with a protein shake and eating alot. So I look a lil bigger than normal on that pic but well here is another one that was taken that same day just a different angle and of abs.
And 1 more question , is there any way to check how many lbs of just muscle you have? Because if so and its not too expensive at the end of every month I want to have my muscle mass tested to see my gains and that I think would be a good motivator for me
