Glutamine users, beware....

Beware of this thread because I want your opinions.

How are you currently using it? Doses, pre/post workouts, etc. Same while on/off cycle? How about bulking to cutting?

Only use it while getting ready for a show... I figure I get enough when in off-season from whole foods...I usually use 5g pre-wo and 5g about 30min post-wo. If I am doing cardio in the am I take it before I go to the gym as well. Does it work? I have no idea, but I am scared shitless about losing muscle mass when dieting so hard, so I use it.
 
I find that it has been helping immensely with recovery, especially when I had a cold a few weeks ago. I use it in the morning, pre- and post-workout, and at night. I'm probably taking 20 - 30g. I don't use it every day though. Just on workout days or if I'm feeling that I need some extra recovery help. I've found a relatively inexpensive source of glutamine at WalMart.
 
walmart is the shit. Or it is shit, I can't figure it out yet. But cheap glutamine is cheap glutamine. I get my potassium gluconate there too. And my jeans too. Marykate and Ashley brand is all I wear.
 
Olson twins jeans are so yesterday. I wear Lizzy Mcguire capreece pants. Anyway, not sure why you wrote beware. I thought you had found out that glutamine was killing people or it had Anthrax or something like that bro. I get my glutamine 1000gs for $25 not sure what you guys get it for. I take 30-50gs per day. I really cant tell if it helps with recovery or preventing muscle waste but i take it anyway. The only thing i have at home is Creatine monohydrate its been sitting in my kitchen for 2 months. It is crap IMO
